Labs Calculate Thickness

This tool is part of the FREE and open-source toolset in Houdini called SideFXLabs. About this tool: Calculating thickness is very similar to Ambient Occlusion, with the difference that rays are being cast inwards instead of outwards. Calculating thickness is an approximation that can be used for for example cheap Sub Surface Scattering (SSS) or as input for further geometry processing like scattering, simulation and more.
